Nina Dobrev Signing Only a Few Autographs!

Because my spouse and I couldn't get her autograph at the "Perks of Being a Wallflower" premiere, we decided to attempt to obtain an autograph or two at this event.

We thought it was looking good as there were only six autograph seekers, but she only signed three things. One of our photos was one of them. It was a great disappointment as she could've done so many more..

Kerry Washington & Melanie Griffith Signing Autographs!

First person to arrive and sign at this event, was Kerry Washington. My spouse and I are fans of her work and was looking forward in meeting her.  She was was pleasant and and patient!

Melanie Griffith took the time to sign and took a few pictures.  We were able to get two autographs.

"Trouble With the Curve" Premiere: Justin Timberlake, Amy Adams, Matthew Lillard & John Goodman Signing Autographs!

The “Trouble With a Curve” premiere actually started on time!   Here is the 12x18 cast signed by 5 poster photo:

John Goodman was the first to arrive and he came over to sign; not that long, but he did it.  We were lucky to get our poster signed.
Clint Eastwood looked as if he was thinking of coming over to us to sign but was only teasing as he breezed his way through the red carpet.  I think I heard “boos” from the media because he was fast walking through the red carpet.

Tyler Stevens showed up and came over to sign.

The next person to arrive was Justin Timberlake .  The last time we saw him was at the “In Time” premiere where he was nice enough to sign for the entire block.  It was like déjà vu all over again as he signed for everybody.

We added him on to our cast poster and he signed these for us as well:

With Amy Adams, only my spouse was successful in getting two of our photos done.  One of us was holding on to the poster and had another photo but she skipped both of them even having her eyes set on directly on them.  She signed these at arrivals.
Matthew Lillard came straight to me and we were able to get him on a photo and he signed our cast photo, also.
We had tickets to see the movie and my spouse was able to get a picture with Amy Adams and get this… CLINT EASTWOOD.  Mr. Eastwood was eating popcorn and when we asked him for a picture, he said “sure..snap away..” That was the highlight of the evening!
After the movie ended, we were able to almost complete our poster with additions to Ed Lauter:

 and Amy Adams:

Once again, a look at the cast poster signed by 5:  Justin Timberlake, John Goodman, Amy Adams, Matthew Lillard, and Ed Lauter.
Amy & Justin signed in black and John, Matthew and Ed signed in blue.

Cody Horn, Anna Kendrick, Jake Gyllenhaal, Michael Pena @ the "End of Watch" Premiere

My spouse and I went to this premiere to get Jake Gyllenhaal, Anna Kendrick, and Cody Horn

Anna Kendrick was the first cast member to arrive and we were able to get all of our photos done easily.

Cody Horn was the next person to sign and we were able to get two photos signed.

Next, was the disappointment of the evening, Jake Gyllenhaal. He started to our right and continued to work away from us going more to the right. I went over to that section and had my photo above the photo he was then signing on numerous occasions, but could not get him to sign a photo! I was frustrated as he kept handing back markers after he signed one or two photos (keep the pen and sign more!!) ARGH!!! I had to eventually make my way back to my orginal spot but by then it was even more crowded. I was able to get ONE photo done while my spouse was told by Jake himself that he "already signed that photo.." WTH?? Yea, he signed that photo already, but for someone else in the beginning!! So my spouse asked for the other photo, and by then he was skipping over to do photo ops, and signed a few more a little after that; and that ended his autograph signing.

We couldn't get Michael Pena to sign our photos.

Milla, Sienna, Oded, Boris, Shawn, Bingbing, Laura Signing at the "Resident Evil: Retribution"

The premiere that my spouse and I were waiting for: “Resident Evil: Retribution.” My spouse and I have been fans since the first Resident Evil came out in theatres and my spouse used to play the game on Nintendo GameCube. So, yes, we are Milla Jovovich’s fans!

Here is a look at the completed cast poster:

The first guest to arrive and sign was Laura Vandervoort. At first, it seemed like she wasn’t going to come over to us and sign but because Shawn Roberts crossed and was signing, she decided to as well. Both started to our right. Laura was the first to approach us and we were able to get two photos signed. Shawn was still signing but he wasn’t coming anywhere near us, so I had to move and was able to get him on the 12x18 poster. He signed in black.
Aryana Engineer was the next cast member to sign but she came to our right and just mainly stood in one section. I had my poster extended out as far as I could to my right and even had a few people nearby handing the poster over for her, but she stopped signing before she got to my poster. Oh, well.

Boris Kodjoe signed the poster with a silver sharpie.

I recognized Oded Fehr and called out for him, then others joined in and that got him to cross over to us. Once again, he started to my right but eventually made it over to us. He signed the poster in blue and we also got him on one other photo.

Sienna Guillery was the next to arrive and she was advised to start to our left this time. We should’ve gone over to that section earlier as my spouse was only able to get one photo done at first(the one on the right) She stopped signing as she almost reached my poster.

Kevin Durand was happy to sign for us as he was all smiles. We were able to get him on our poster and one other photo.

Milla Jovovich then was walking by and the section to our right as well as some fans who moved over there was able to get her autograph. We were disappointed at first because she was the main reason we were there for. But a few minutes after Milla walked the red carpet, a lady gave us two tickets to see the movie. As I was walking behind the red carpet, I saw Milla and waved to her and she waved back with a smile while doing her interview. Rude of me to interrupt but I couldn’t help it!

We went into the theatres and then one by one the cast members took their seat. The Director, Paul Anderson, made an into then the movie started. We were hoping Milla and Sienna would stay and watch the entire film, and were thrilled to find that everybody did. After the movie ended, we spotted Milla leaving, and we approached her and asked to sign. She signed two each (four total) on the spot.

She had fans waiting for her across the street and we had more photos for her to sign so we eventually made it across the street safely and she was signing away and posing for pictures. We then noticed Sienna Guillory signing while Milla was doing her thing and we went over to her because we still needed to get her on one of our 8x10 photo and on the cast poster; which she did with easily.  She signed about four photos..

We then saw Bingbing Li and she signed a few before I got to her. I had to work for her autograph. She signed in Chinese, which I thought was cool.

Milla literally signed for a total of approx. 20 minutes. She was such a sweetheart and enjoyed herself while doing the meet and greet. We eventually thought we ran out of stuff to give her but realized after he came home that we forgot all about our Resident Evil DVD cover. It was a wonderful night for the both of us as we were able to watch the movie for free and met the cast members from the film. Check out the movie as it was GOOD! Until next time..
