"Amazing Spiderman" Premiere on June 28, 2012

My goals for this premiere was to try to get autographs from Stan Lee, Emma Stone, & Andrew Garfield. 

Emma Stone signed and I was able to get 2 autographs.  She was so sweet! 

I was able to get Andrew Garfield on my poster as well as an 11x14.  Too bad his black sharpie was giving out!

 Rhys Ifans signed my Spider-Man poster; that's all I had for him to sign. 

Chris Zylka came over to sign but he stopped before he reached over my section.

A few guests who attended the movie premiere came over to sign.  Janice Dickinson signed 2 photos for me and Lucy Hale signed a photo for me.

Sally Field waved to the crowd but did not sign at arrivals.  Stan Lee did not show up to the premiere. I left the event once the red carpet was finished and called it a night.  I was happy with how I did for the day.

Mike Shinoda came over to sign and took a group photo with us.

Both Matt LeBlanc and Selma Blair only waved when they arrived.

Matt was the first to leave, and came over to sign for us and took pictures with fans. I was able to get 4 signed photos from him.

Selma then left the studio and came to sign for us as well. She took a few pictures with fans. I was able to get 4 autographs.

Due to tomorrow's Spiderman premiere, I have decided to call it a night and not wait for Chester Bennington. I had a feeling that he would sign after the concert because he seems to be a nice person (in which he did by the way!). Today's event was mellow; just the way I like it!

"Savages" Premiere

My main goal was to try to get the following autographs: John Travolta, Salma Hayek, Blake Lively, Emile Hirsch, Benicio Del Toro & Taylor Kitsch.

The first to arrive was Sandra Echeverria.  She came right over to my section.  I was able to get a picture with her and get 2 autographs from her.

The next to arrive was  Demian Bichir.  I was able to get his autograph on my "Savages" poster photo.

Mary-Louise Parker, who was a guest, came over to sign for fans.  I was able to get 1 autograph.  Immediately after that, Emile Hirsch arrived and signed and took pictures.  He came to my left and I couldn't get his autograph.  However, the next arrival made up for Emile Hirsch not signing in my section; James Wood.  My brother and I are huge fans of his work. 

Benicio Del Toro skipped 2 of my "Sin City" photos; but I did get him on my 12x18 Savages Poster. However, I couldn't get any still shots of him signing.

Then after that everybody came over all at once it seemed like.  Salma Hayek was working her way down towards me, starting to my left and signed for almost the whole block! I was able to get 3 photos done.  Soon after Salma's arrival, 

Jon Voight came over to sign for his fans.  I was able to get 2 autographs by him. He was so patient with the fans!

Joel David Moore came over to sign but was working his way down to my right very fast. I was only able to get 1 autograph.  Then came Taylor Kitsch's arrival.  I thought it was a guaranteed autograph, but I was wrong.  He started all the way to my left and stopped to do the "red carpet" three people away.  He did say "I'll be back...I'll be right back.." before heading out, though.  Because I was heading out to another event right after this premiere, I did not wait for Taylor to "be right back."

Blake Lively's arrival caught me off guard and I did not have my photos ready nor my pen ready for her to sign.  She walked straight to my section but decided to go to my right and started signing there.  Fortunately, I was able to get her on 2 of my photos.  Boy, was she a fast signer!! She looked amazing though that I wanted a picture with her.

Last but not least to arrive before my departure to another event, was John Travolta.  His beautiful wife, Kelly Preston, was my his side.  Unfortunately, all he did was wave to his fans, then headed towards the red carpet.

Alex Pettyfer and Vince Vaughn was also scheduled to show up.  Unfortunately, I didn't stay long enough to find out.  However, one of my friends stayed a little after the red carpet and only had mentioned that Blake Lively left the premiere early.

All in all, it was a good night of photo-ops and autograph collecting. 

"Magic Mike" Premiere in Los Angeles, CA - June 24, 2012

 The first person to sign was Matt Bomer.  Matt Bomer came straight over to my section and skipped the entire left section from me.  I was able to get his autograph on my 11x14 Magic Mike poster and an 8x10 photo.

The next person to sign was Alex Pettyfer.  He walked straight to the section to my left after he was dropped off.  I saw him posing for several fans and I thought "what a nice guy!"  I was also able to get him on my 11x14 poster and two 8x10 "I Am Number Four" scene photos.  Somebody told me that he didn't sign at the "Beastly" premiere, so I didn't do enlargements for him.


Mathew McConaughey started to the left of my section; I was able to get him on my 11x14 poster as well as one 8x10 photo.  I had another photo for him to sign, but he skipped it several times. I was happy with 2 autographs from Matthew.

Joe Maganiello started to my left and continued signing away from me.  I was not able to get any Joe's.  I still have the two 8x10 photos from the "True Blood Season 6" premiere, in which he did not sign for me.  Another time perhaps.

Channing Tatum really surprised me.  I met Channing 4 times before in the last year.  He was always so very nice to everybody.  I first met Channing at the "Haywire" premiere but I could not get an autograph nor a picture with him, but saw that he was signing for the collectors and fans without any hesitation.  Same story when I met him at "Jimmy Kimmel", "Jay Leno" and even at "The Vow" premiere.  I even told him that he was "kind", and "was hilarious at SNL." He would always smile and laugh and say "thank you!"

However, at the "Magic Mike" premiere he mainly signed for "fans" who asked for a picture with him, and skipped my section that I was in, and was ignoring the "collectors."  Even told a few collectors to "move the pictures from him because he was taking a picture with his 'REAL' fans.."

Collectors, as myself included, are fans.  Just because we sell some or all of every photos we get signed does not mean that we do not pay to see your movies in the theatre or even renting them out of REDBOX or from Blockbuster.  Movie stars get compensated in many different ways.  Whether we tune in to watch a movie on TV, or purchase a magazine.  We give them plenty of support.

Because of his change of behavior, I decided against staying for the after party to "possibly" get a Channing autograph.

Olivia Munn arrived very late to the premiere.  She waved to the few fans that was left and walked the red carpet.  I had two 8x10s with me and knew that she would sign after the premiere, but I had decided to go home instead of waiting.

"Ted" Premiere on June 21, 2012--Hollywood, CA

I was hoping to get Mila Kunis', Mark Wahlberg's, & Seth McFarlene's autograph during this premiere. 

Usually at premieres, the celebrities sign for fans before heading out to the red carpet to do press.  However, everyone that came over and signed autographs decided to not keep the media by doing the red carpet first.  This was fine with us, because the main casts came over to sign.

The first arrival was Seth Green.  Now, I've only seen him once before at another premiere, in which he only waved to the fans and didn't sign autographs.  At the "Ted" premiere, Seth Green waved to the fans and looked as if he was about to cross Hollywood Blvd to sign autographs, but proceeded to walk the red carpet.  What surprised me, was that after he finished with media, he crossed the street to sign and take pictures with fans!  I was able to get 2 autographs by him.

The next to arrive was Laura Vandervoort.  She signed one photo for me. 

Seth McFarlene then came directly to my section and signed 2 photos for me.  It was getting rough when Seth McFarlene walked over!  I was getting pushed to the barricade, but made it out of there safely!

I have heard stories that Mark Wahlberg doesn't like to sign at his premieres when his kids are with him.  But I've met him 3 times before and he signed for me 2 out of the 3 times. 

Mark Wahlberg stalled at the red carpet's entrance before he decided to cross and sign.  He came over to my right side and was starting to approach me, but then "a fan" yelled out that she was hurt, Mark appeared to be stunned that he walked away from the section that I was in.  People around me were livid.  However, after he finished signing to the right of me, he was heading back to the premiere and I decided to ask him for a few autographs as many others did as well.  At first he hesitated and told us that he had "to get back to his wife.." but signed very fast on his way back.  I was able to get 3 sloppy signatures, but at least he did them for me.

I wasn't expecting Mila Kunis to sign, because she didn't sign at her appearance several days prior to this event.  I was shocked to see her crossing and signed for as long as she did.  I was able to get 2 autographs from her.  I was estatic, because I know she tries to sign for one each.

I left immediately after getting Mila Kunis' autograph.  No after party for me.. thank goodness!
